At SoliaVenture, we are a small family business and take great care in crafting and shipping our greeting cards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order was not received or arrived damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the damage. We will gladly offer a replacement.
