From Solia Creations to SoliaVenture: Our Next Chapter

Yes! We changed our name to SoliaVenture in January 2025 to better reflect our growing vision. While we still create handmade greeting cards, our brand now embraces a broader focus on creativity, entrepreneurship, and new ventures.

SoliaVenture is our creative adventure—we’re Solène and Zélia, two young entrepreneur sisters! We design and create all the cards ourselves, while our parents provide support and supervision in managing the business operations as we continue learning and growing. We’re excited to share this journey with you!

Product Questions

Most of our cards are A2 size (4.25″ x 5.5″). This standard size is perfect for all occasions and includes a matching envelope.

Yes, you’re right! Some of our older designs were in a square format, but we now primarily use the A2 rectangle format (4.25” x 5.5”). However, if you prefer the square format (5” x 5”), just mention it at checkout, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request!

Yes, all cards include matching white or brown envelopes at no additional cost.

Yes, every design is originally hand-drawn or painted by us. Some of our cards remain as original illustrations, while others are printed from our artwork. We sell printed cards in larger quantities and offer a price discount on bulk orders (sets of 5 or 10 cards).

Many of our cards are handmade to order, which means each one is unique! Since our artistic skills keep improving every day 🙂, the latest version of your card might be even better than the one pictured. Handmade cards will always have slight variations, while our printed cards will look exactly like the image shown.

 

Customization

Our free customization option allows you to personalize the cover of your card. Depending on the specific design, you can add a short custom message or select a paper color (e.g., pink or yellow). To utilize this service, simply enter your preferences in the customization box when adding the card to your cart. Please refer to the card’s description for available customization options.

We can also create a fully customized card tailored entirely to your preferences. If you’re interested, please contact us to provide more details.

We use handwritten calligraphy or a word punch to add text. The word punch creates a unique look but cannot accommodate long words. Adding personalized text is a great way to make your card even more special!

Handwriting Service

Our Handwriting Service allows you to have your personal message handwritten inside the card and mailed directly to your recipient, adding a personal touch to your greetings.

When adding a card to your cart, select the “Handwriting Service” option. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a link to a form where you can provide your message and the recipient’s mailing details. We’ll then handwrite your message inside the card and send it directly to the recipient.

The Handwriting Service is available for an additional $4 per card, covering the handwriting and direct mailing to your recipient.

Yes, you can choose from various handwriting styles, such as script, cursive, or calligraphy, to match your preferences.

We recommend keeping your message to around 40 words to ensure it fits neatly inside the card. Calligraphy fits fewer words.

Yes, we can accommodate messages in different languages. Please provide the exact text as you would like it written.

Once your card has been mailed, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know it’s on its way.

Yes, you can! When filling out the form after your purchase, please specify your desired mailing date. We’ll ensure your card is sent accordingly.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the card hasn’t been mailed yet.

No worries! We’re here to help craft a thoughtful message that suits your occasion. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, thank you, or just because, we can provide suggestions to make your card special. Simply let us know the occasion and any specific details you’d like to include, and we’ll handle the rest.

Our Cover Customization option allows you to personalize the front of your card by adding a short message or selecting a specific paper color, depending on the design. This service is free and lets you tailor the card’s appearance to your preferences.

In contrast, our Handwriting Service focuses on the inside of the card. For an additional fee, we will handwrite your provided message within the card and mail it directly to your recipient, adding a personal touch to your greeting.

Both services are optional and can be selected when adding the card to your cart.

Please allow 2-3 days for processing before shipping. Most orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and typically arrive within 2-5 days. Please note that transit times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or other unexpected delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us, and we’ll send a replacement right away. If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee updates once an order has been processed.

As a small family business, we are unable to accept returns. Each card is crafted with care, and we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
